Nadir comes from a pavement-pounding, hard working do-it-now mindset developed through 30+ years of in the trenches real life small business experience. He has dealt with all the challenges that go with running a small business on a daily basis. He is the logical person to coach and guide you, your business or your project to SUCCESS!
Nadir started his business career as an Encyclopedia Britannica salesman. He moved on to selling insurance, Uniglobe franchises and then mutual funds. In the mid 1980’s, he consistently sold more Mutual Funds than anyone else in Canada.
In a short period of time, using the basement of his home as business central, he grew his business to include diverse branches that offered unique business coaching, financial advising, and consulting and immigration services targeted to business owners, executives and other high net worth individuals seeking to emigrate from the Pacific Rim to Europe, Canada and the United States—all while embracing the responsibilities of raising two boys as a single father.
As if this complex business that operated in 5 different countries was not challenging enough, Nadir jumped into the exotic world of show horses and quickly became the largest breeder in Canada of Egyptian Arabian Horses, known for their beauty and appeal to the rich and famous.
At one time, Nadir employed more than 200 people; half of them spread out in 5 different countries.
Nadir, has hard-earned, solid expertise in building high-profit start-up ventures so they meet unique market demands. Orchestrating successful turnarounds and reorganizations, and creating high-growth corporations with multi-million dollar revenue streams has been one of his strengths. He possesses an uncanny ability to identify key areas that may be critical for making a small business flourish.
In 1990, he purchased a 1400 acre water-front piece of land and took it all the way to the pre-development phase for: 350 condos, 14 story hotel, 2 golf courses, a marina and 47 estate homes.
Nadir’s firsthand knowledge of what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur or a self-employed professional makes him uniquely qualified to coach individuals in those fields.
Nadir worked for more than 10 years in the mortgage industry, both as the owner of a mortgage operation and as a diversity specialist with Wells Fargo Bank. He gained extensive knowledge of lending practices, FHA, jumble and super Jumbo loans, and hard money loans.
He has extensive contacts and knowledge within the local real estate market and thorough understanding of lending practices. This experience has uniquely equipped him to coach for debt reorganization.
Nadir also provides coaching and support services for strategic partnership matters, merger and acquisition management, residential and commercial mortgage banking and related financial matters.
Nadir also has more than 30 years of hands-on, current experience in direct-to-consumer sales. He has sold a variety of products and services all over the world and has coached and trained thousands to become masterful sales professionals.
He has taught thousands how to sell financial services and products in Canada
Marriott Vacation Club, International engaged him to fine tune the sales training in their timeshare sales department in Kauai, Hawaii. Within a year, the new training approach improved sales for the licensed realtors working with Marriott. The program was so successful, Nadir stayed another two years selling timeshares and real estate on Kauai.
