Nadir has made significant contributions to the success of my team. I would expect the skills that he employed in doing so would be applicable to building and mentoring any executive or their team . He is a tremendous motivator. He builds confidence in people and helps them to see the obstacles they are allowing to impede their success and shows them exactly how to overcome those hurdles.
Even though it has been years since I first attended Nadir’s customized communications skills training program, I continue to implement the techniques taught by him on a daily basis to both personal and professional advantage. This training is certainly the single most career enhancing program that I have encountered.
I write to you now as my Stretch experience was recently very helpful to me in a business situation that appeared to be an insurmountable challenge. It is difficult to believe that it has been several years since I undertook the program… and it could still have an impact on my life today.
I still vividly remember the first day of my Phase One course, in the spring of 1988. I recall that I was one of the most skeptical participants there. I further recall that at the end of the 3 days, my wife and I decided that the skills which you were teaching, were too important to pass up… I would say that even today, so many years later, I access skills your training made me aware of probably 50 times a day…
While there are many in the field of personal excellence training, and I indeed have taken courses from a couple of them, I have not found anyone with a talent like yours. Indeed, even some of the most noteworthy personal excellence trainers are mere mechanics where I have found you to be an artist. You have an uncanny skill of directing training to the specific group that is present… I have vivid memories of participants from tough street kids to psychiatrists each having stunning changes occur, and realizing just how much they could achieve, and how easily it could now be done…
There are so many people who are not getting what they want. Your training is like a magical set of keys. Each person is offered the opportunity to take their own key to their own success and to use it. There are many who are afraid of the key, and many
more who will take the key and never use it. All you can do is give people the choice to have more of what they want, easily and continuously.
Nadir is an upstanding, trustworthy individual who has solid business and work ethics. He is extremely reliable and accomplishes any goal that he sets. If Nadir says he "can do something" you can trust that it will be done. He is determined, will always get the job done, very creative, resourceful and proactive, will find solutions even before the problems come up, great understanding of complex issues. Nadir has been an amazing mentor to me in my professional career.
Just a note to say thank you for the experience of a lifetime. In my wildest dreams I never thought I would be able to deal with the fears and anxieties. The program was brilliantly orchestrated and delivered with precision and enthusiasm right down to the last moment.
I attended this program in a state of high anxiety, only to discover one of the most exhilarating… experiences of my entire life. I went with a life-long fear of flying, and managed in four days to turn flying into a dramatically more positive experience for me. The program has had a lasting impact on my life, and constantly serves as a reminder that problems are essentially opportunities in disguise. As an individual who attends seminars, workshops, educational conferences as a lifestyle and professional priority, I can say with no hesitation that this educational, personal improvement program has had a greater, lasting impact on me than any other program I have ever attended.
I graduated from Nadir’s training almost 20 years ago and I find the skills more relevant today than ever. What I learned in that training course increased my communication skills tremendously, while giving me the edge I needed. I still use it today to help me achieve my outcomes.
Your presentation in Banff was quite possibly the best ever. To talk for three hours about such a difficult subject, with no notes, and to hold the attention of a diversified group, is remarkable.
